Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Giveaway in conjunction with the University Course & Career Fair 2020 event.

1. University Course & Career Fair Giveaway (“the Giveaway”) is organized in conjunction with the University Course & Career Fair (“the Event”) by Persatuan Bondfire (“the Organizer”).
2. The Giveaway starts on 6 July 2020 and will close on the day of the event which will be on 25 July 2020.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or amend this competition, including the prizes. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize for another prize of like value at any time and for any reason. No notice of termination to any person shall be required. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights, & acknowledge that they shall have no claim of any nature whatsoever against the Organizer, as a result of such termination.

Eligibility

1. The Giveaway is open to:
   • Individuals over the age of 18 who reside in Malaysia and agree to be bound by these competition rules.
   • OR individuals under the age of 18 who must have a parent/guardian present during the winner selection process to claim the prize on behalf of you. They must also reside in Malaysia and agree to be bound by these competition rules.
2. To enter, participants must follow Bondfire Malaysia’s Instagram page (@bondfiremy) and meet these other giveaway requirements
   • Must have tagged 3 friends on Instagram or Facebook in the relevant post.
   • Must be registered and participate in the Event on 25 July 2020.

Winner Selection

1. At the end of the Event, winners will be randomly selected and announced. Winners must be present to claim their prizes, otherwise a new winner may be randomly selected.
2. In the event that a selected winner does not answer his/her contact number which has been provided, or respond to an email notification within a reasonable time and after several attempts have been made, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizer, the prize will be forfeited.
3. All Entrants indemnify the Organizer, the judges and any company associated with this competition, against any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from Entrants’ or winners’ participation in this competition or for any loss or damage howsoever arising.
4. The Organizer may, after the winners have been announced, request the winners to agree in writing to endorse, promote or advertise any of its goods or services.
5. The judges’ decisions on all issues regarding this competition will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or in any manner whatsoever.
6. All winners and their names, likenesses, profiles, voices, sound effects and caricatures may be required to be used for publicity purposes and the Organizer may request that the winners agree in writing thereto without further payment.
